That 4% concentration is a lot. It is almost like taking an e12 prob to e13 hyper prob. It also knocks off ~4 eva cards or 1.75% hyper eva cards. It does make a difference.

It effectively lets me fly my prob/ra hybrids all day long. Can't go wrong with a woo that has 180% prob and beats the roll time too.
Getting Orobos on my armor also helps.

Why don't you hit 92 and then we have this discussion again?

I've been rolling 5 FSOCs on my BG and every one I got, I noticed made a huge difference.

The difference I saw with Final Reduce Damage is not as much anymore

I miss my 50% RD.
