I sent sms for SP but did'nt get code to get SP. I made support ticket and talked about problem. First they sayed that they have'nt got any mark that I have send sms. They asked me to send proof and that's what i did, I sent a pic from a page (what i bought from my mobile carrier) where is showed that i have lost my money and they have got sms from me. Now they have'nt answered anything to me, i have send many replys to ask what take so long and why they are ignoreing me but NO answer till now.

I hope your gonna answer here.

Submit a support ticket it's your best option.

I sent a support ticket (as i sayed before) but they ain't answering to me. They asked me to send pic where is proof that I lost money but after i sent it they have'nt answered me..

Seems they are looking into it. I tried sending an sms today as well, would seem that that option is closed at the moment, so let's hope they are looking into it =]
