When choosing atalanta you will first have to think what type of atalanta do you want?

A pure build? A Semi-Pure Build? Or A strength build?

Strength:
The first build is the strength build.
It is the most common of the builds especially for begginers who have no experience in games, because the stength build helps you to survive against monsters + you get the stylish armors as you progress through levels. Rewarded with a golden armor at level 80. (:

For this build you will want to raise your stats according to your gear.

Stats-You will only want to add the min/max amount of strength needed armors.

So for armors add Max of (154~164) strength highest for 80d armor
Second you will need to add 90 talent most. No other talent will be needed so don't go over this.
For spirit atalanta's usually use murkys, but some like myself use devines so try to stay between 61-79 spirit.
Health is not needed for atalanta so don't bother clicking your health points stay at base health.
All other stats will be going into agility. Agility is best for atalantas it raises your attack and absorb.

Semi-Pure:
This build is for people who want to wear the 80d shield, but still want to wear low level armors.
It helps to survive against monsters still, but gives you more points to put into agility which raises your attack more.

Stats-The only thing that will change in stats for this build unlike the strength build is your strength.

You will only go to the amount of strength needed for a 80d shield which is about 104-111 strength.

Pure:
This build is very helpful, but if you are new to game it might not be the best one to choose unless you play a lot of mmo games. This build uses only low level shields and low level armors. This build may not be the best to defend yourself against mobs, but it certainly the best for killing.

Stats-
As far as str goes you may want to go with great sheild(strength 84~90) or blaze shield(strength 66~70)
Second you will need to add 90 talent most. No other talent will be needed so don't go over this.

Skills:

The ones you should focus on leveling will be
TM(throwing master)- level this to 10
TOV(triumph of valhalla)- level this to 10
Storm Javelin- Level this to 10 (it is an aoe skill. AOE- means area skill (kills many monsters at once) it is very helpful to level with)
HOV(hall of valhalla)- level this to 10 (when you get this skill it chains with tov)
Vengeance- level this to 10 ( this is your strongest 1vs1 attack)

Once you level those you can choose to level up
Frost javelin- helps up your attack
Split Javelin- some use it for Bless castle
Windy-helps up your attack
