Good day/night/whatever time it is wherever you are :)

Just a quick message to let you guys and gals know that we haven't forgotten about you!

We are currently fixing an issue that we are having with our ticket system. We are unable to address Missing Item(s) tickets at the moment!! We have NOT forgotten you or are NOT ignoring you. As soon as we are able to fix these tickets, we will!

I don't always talk to you guys, but when I do, I try to be informative and friendly.

GM! I still have two tickets remained OPEN, 1 from last year 12/20/13 and 1 this year 1/1/2014 .. please check it ;(

Hi SparrowHawk! I am glad that my missing item ticket was replied (finally, after like 2 months). They said they have restore it back but I can't find it anywhere in my inventory. How?? Send a ticket again??

i was on trading today but i have equip santa armor but in screen ingame is disappear. i cancel the trade and reequip my santa armor.. i thought my santa armor is gone...

Does this apply to items lost by aging bug as well or just trading bug? My ticket has been open for a week or so.

This applies to all lost items period, whether it's aging failed or trade dc. Also, any ticket that is more to do with the developer i.e. skills not working, rare cases of not being able to log in, Plate sword purchase from Navisco blacksmith and more. Those bugs are beyond our ability to fix, so after you write a ticket, we report them to the developer for them to take a look at. We're sorry that it takes an excessive amount of time for these to get fixed, but aside from tickets, there is a lot going on to keep this game going. Please stay patient players!

i was told it was aging fail by the suport team when the bug was going
