View Full Version : Wrong password or ID doesn't exist.

I know the closed beta has not started yet but I just tried to enter my ID and password in the client and I got this message "Wrong password or ID doesn't exist."

I can login here at subagames using the same ID and password, I already obtained a beta key and activated it. I should be getting the "No response from the authentication server. Please try again later." message if ever I tried to enter the game but instead I received that wrong password or id
Why? Can anyone help me? My id is 12 characters long and my password 14 characters. Is it too much?

Something I want to add:
I tried using a different account (with 5 character ID and password), obtained a beta key and activated it. After entering the id and password in the client, I did not get that Wrong password or ID message.

Well having the same problem right now, my ID have 12 characters and my password is 14 character long

When you have logged in with your Suba account, you need to go back to https://subagames.com/DivineSouls/WelcomeCB.aspx and confirm the account information which will actually create your game account.
