Hi, I needa confirm this:

"Wand has no Mastery skill (magic attacks do not suffer suitability penalties)"

Weapon - Domo Wiki, the Dream of Mirror Online wiki - Jobs, areas, bestiary, and more (http://domo.wikia.com/wiki/Weapon)

Does this mean if I did 20k damage with lightning runes on Wiz, I'll do 20k too on a Fencer? Assuming both classes have same M.atk

Thanks in advance for replies!

While magic skills don't suffer any weapon proficiency penalty, they do still suffer a cross-class penalty.

Using Wizard skills on Fencer would result in 80% effectiveness, so instead of 20k, you would be doing 16k.

Skill - Domo Wiki, the Dream of Mirror Online wiki - Jobs, areas, bestiary, and more (http://domo.wikia.com/wiki/Skill#Job_proficiency_penalty)

If your Wizard did 20k damage with one of it's skills, then your Fencer will do 16k damage with the same m-attack (20% penalty to damage, Cooldown and MP cost), assuming no level penalty.

Weapon Proficiency just affects the amount of P-attack you get from having the weapon type equipped. Since wands are magic based they have no efficient need for proficiency.
