or is it only Aceonline???

I'm not gonna say give them a break but you have to remember SubaGames is a incredibly small company. Whenever I send them a ticket, I would think to myself "I'm gonna give them a week." Regardless how urgent it is. If they're not responding, they're simply working on something else. They're not ignoring you, it's just their management department is terrible.

Honestly, I would be happy to talk with someone upstairs from GM's and harshly judge them how they run things.
