I think it just needs the Bullseye range nerf it has on JPLH to be balanced.

Range is a problem but improvement should be done to, so to be fair I think improving buffs be good for nova since they are range buff class type ... give higher stats for the party members make more use of it...

how short are you guys referring to the bullseye nerf coz if its gonna be shorter to the point that they can't use bullseye at a closer range, i would have to disagree with it. I don't mind making the bullseye range shorter in gvg/pvp but i don't think it is necessary to shorten it on pve setting.

By range nerf we mean it won't be working if the target is closer than 4m like the other skills

I totally disagree about the 4m range limit because its like taking the gun away from us. People would claim the class itself is OP but seriously no, we don't deal as much damage as a MFE or a SG could. Under the same type and level of armor or weapon, a level 80 NS damage output is only a third from that of a level 80 MFE and half from a raging level 80 SG. Bulls Eye is the only legit skill we could actually use to stand up against powerful opponents, every other skill is already disabled for us in melee range. On the contrary, I would have to agree with shortening the maximum range but as for the minimum, there should absolutely be no restrictions. Furthermore, the class needs to be balanced by improvements on the buff it gives. March and Attack Formation, Caster, Melee and Firearm specialist should provide effects which is at least twice more than the current boost. With that, NS can fully showcase what they are supposed to be.

lol are you kidding? Gunners out dps any class with the exception of knights using venge lv 10, and if they attack the same venged mob, gunners out dps knights again.
If you're talking about PvP only, that's still not so true

Considering how rapid the auto attacks come in with the skill damage. How could ye not out dps anyone else.

Not kidding. A level 10 venge + another skill from a well equipped solar guardian deals around 400k-500k+ damage. Compared to a NS with the same level of equipment, we can only inflict around 170-200k even with the same venge level. And even if we were to deal the same damage output from that of a SG, venge skill is never from our skill set so it is not for our own advantage. On the other hand, warrior classes are meant to work mainly as tanks. As for the MFE, that huge fireball deals a significant amount of damage with a wide array of other skills. Their AoE is absurd in a way that up to 6 enemies melt after it has been casted at most 2-3 times while a similar ranked NS can only use Bulls Eye when the opponent comes in around 4m range that deals a third from that of the huge fireball. Additionally, the AoE we have only hits up to 4 targets at once which needs 3-5 hits for them to die. As for the rapid attacks, they're only around 30k-60k in intervals prior to the skills used. There is really no need to nerf our minimum range.

Snip

She does have a point. What point is there to a gunner if Mages out range them. /o/ NS can't aoe particularly as* well so I think keeping their range is fine. Even if you do nerf the range, they are still going to shoot bullets like no other. The problem is the way this game works on the stats to skill ratio. It's horrid.
