We are aware that some maps are down right now and we are quickly working towards a solution. If you are unable to log onto one of your characters, it is because the map they are in is down. If you map move into these maps you will not be able to access your character until those maps come up again so please avoid these maps.
The maps we currently know are down are Sky Tower (Draconian Tomb), Tarintus, Zakandia Outpost.
We apologize for any inconveniences.

it was no crash, but a unscheduled maint, presumably to fix the downed maps.
