    I noticed that all pre-existing accounts were completely wiped. Any chance of compensation for all the SP I've spent on my account before the wipe?

    Hey Zatmika! You can try redownloading the client to see if that fixes the issue, at times, it could be the simplest solution. If it still doesn't work, please send in a ticket if you haven't and we can work closer together to solve it!
