Crash on Launch

[Rintage]

I've tried fully deleting and reinstalling three times through steam, and three times through the website's installer, each time all with the same result, the patcher opens, patches the game, says it's ready, i click enter game and it instantly crashes, the game window doesn't even start to load so there's no crash log to work with, so all i've got is the windows crash report, which wasn't much more helpful..
Can anyone look at this and see what you think? i've tried so many things and nothing has made any difference at all..

My system specs should be well beyond and without conflict with the game, even the launcher says my hardware is all fine, so can someone translate that stackhash into something i can work with to fix this?
Almost forgot, i'm running windows 7 ult 64bit.

Are you still having this problem?
The servers were having issues on the 5th but now they're fixed, so I was wondering if that might have given you the error.

Downloaded it again through steam and tried again today. still the same problem, same error, everything..
