i am lvl 46 and access to the castle but can't make a thing

i have access to the castle (i need to click on Castle in the quest for enter because i don't see a button or pnj for let me enter), but they say to make the plasma furnance, but i need the level 2 castle for build it.



and for make the warehouse, i need to build the energy cornertstone, but they say prerequisite missions incomplete, what this missions i need to make ? the quest to up the furnance ?



And what is that ?



why is 10/10 ?



and the cursor change when he touch the grafity eagle or the battleflag - elementary to the " speak mode " but when i click, no widow pop or something
