Thread: Increase the number at which aging gear is safe from breaking.

  1. #1

Default Increase the number at which aging gear is safe from breaking.

A long while ago aging was changed so that aging up to +6 has no chance of failure. Before that aging from +4 to +6 had a chance to fail but, the item only had a chance to de-age - not break entirely.

I propose that the 'failure without breaking' aging mechanic be brought back, with it being possible for aging from 6-8 or 6-10 to fail and/or de-age but, NOT break.

We have the possibility now to age gear beyond 20, the risks for aging at lower numbers should be reduced to be more in line with this.

I was thinking about spending some money on the 100% exp pots but was wondering if there was a mini boss coming up next month

Your suggestion would not be economically viable for subagames right now considering that it will lessen their revenue, even now that PT's population is not that high. Maybe years from now your idea would convince them when PT would have more unique players. PT in subagames is hanging by a thread with their low cost support maintenance just to run this game.

    Are you sure SunnyZ ?
Because definition given from shop is the following for SAS :

"Super Aging Stone increases the chance of success by the maximum amount. However, de-aging and breaking probability will remain the same. When attempting to age an item, insert the Aging Stone in the square slot between the item slot and sheltom slot."

So it seems SAS just increases the chance of success, BUT same 'chance' of de-aging and, worst, same 'chance' of breaking.

The way SAS operates now has changed quite some time ago, the description on the shop is outdated. SAS no longer has break chance for items, but instead the deage probability remains with break gone. That being, if it happens to bug and break it has been said by support its 100% guaranteed back with a ticket sent, but have rarely seen it bug and break, less chance than the +1-5 bug.

The chance of breaking an item with SAS is like 0.001%
On the EXTREMELY rare chance of it breaking, take a screen shot, send ticket to support, get item back.
