Windows 10 FPS drop

The only thing you can do is install windows xp for true dx9 support and have the game run silky smooth.

Since you mentioned it, did you install Windows XP on a newer PC as you suggest and if so, what steps did you take for it to work?

Anyone figure this out? I can't pick up gold or drops because anytime I hold a to see them fps drops an insane amount. Makes it unplayable really.
