I just wanted to let you all know, many issues we've encountered can be resolved by simply clearing your browser cache.

Here's the ways you can do so, depending on which browser you have:

Internet Explorer

1. Open the Tools Menu
2. Click on Internet Options
3. Under Heading Browsing history click on Delete button
4. Select the checkbox for Temporary Internet Files
5. Click on Delete button
6. Once the files have been deleted, click Ok


1. Select Tools Menu
2. Click on the Preferences item
3. Select the Advanced tab
4. Choose sub heading History
5. In the Disk cache section, click Empty Now
6. Click OK to close Preferences

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open the Tools Menu
2. Select Clear Recent History
3. Under “Time Range to Clear” select Everything
4. Select the “details” checkbox
5. Select the “Cache” checkbox
6. Click the “Clear Now”

Google Chrome

(For version 5.0.375.99)

1. Click on the Wrench Tool
2. Click on Options
3. Select the Tab Under the Hood
4. Click on Clear browsing data
5. Select the checkbox for Empty the cache
6. Under the ‘Time Range to Clear’, select Everything


1. Open the Tools menu.
2. Select Clear Private Data
3. Select the checkbox for Cache
4. Click on Clear Private Data Now
