recover my old character

can I recover my old character ?? I diden t play the game for a cuple of years and now y have to start all over agin ??

1) Did you forget your password? Make sure you check out the "forgot password" option for your old account. If you cannot remember your old account name or the email associated with it, there's nothing that can be done.
2) Did you delete your character? If so, there's nothing that can be done.
3) Was your character banned? If so, bring it up with the GMs.
