My Character is gone?

I got to Luna Online Reborn couple days ago and saw my Character has complete gone. I hope it not a hacker that did this? and I know I haven't play it for a long time but I do come back. I want to Sub a ticket but not sure if I go Missing/lot item or not?

I sent in a ticket once and never got an answer. I hope you have better luck! I'm going to make a guess that your characters were accidentally deleted during a server maintenance, but that would need to be verified.

Oh i see? I thought it was a hacker that done it? since I use Avast hack check. I know in 2016 that Subagames got hacked.

By the way is Subagames owners or people that work there don't care about us players or something?
I was going to see if they can change my ID but I see what I can send a ticket but I got a bad feeling that they might not reply.
