Thread: Error I3: an error occured when connecting to the server?

    This occurs everytime i select Login. All of my information is correct, I just can't connect due to this error.

    This may have something to do with your computer not trusting our SSL certificate's CA. Please try updating your computer's list of trusted CA.

    If the above link doesn't work, try running a Windows update.

    How do i run a windows update btw?
    would do it manually but microsoft.com is broken

    Do you know which version of windows you have?

    Try this: Start > RUN
    and type in "wuapp.exe" without the quotes

    this doesn't work cause it can't find it
