Can i change server to reduce ping

hi,
i am from India and i m a big fan of MAT and i play daily. But my ping rate is very high so i have some problems playing. My ping rate is around 350. When i start mat it shows North America server. i was thinking that if i can change the server from north america to any other country near me then maybe the ping rate will reduce and i can play smoothly.

Please suggest me something to reduce ping and change the server.

Suba games is the north american publisher of Mat so as long as you playing at them you cant play on a server closer to India.

is it all player use the same server (norrth america)

There is only 1 Server for MAT Legacy and is located in Toronto Canada.
