    Bumping this thread because I nearly missed seeing this

    New video: Camera Works alot better. New hud. Shields, and targets under crosshair are shot at. Vid quality still needs improvement. Next will be 720p (hopefully)

    What is the point having a good engine without a good code?

    This guy is so awesome, he is rebuilding the game (actually making another one)!

    Thanks you guys. Here are some screens:





    Changes: Logos Added, Normal map on the gear (makes details on the skin reflect light differently, simulating actual creases, indents and extrudes. Pretty Kick a$$ imo)

    Four Gears and the 'Eminos' (I think) with normal maps. Image Quality: marginal, but it gets the job done. Need to fix the specular so it looks like metal, not water or glass.

    Description: NEW :
    AI Mob (Eminos) Added. It's REALLY Buggy and thus acts like a dumb-ass. Reticle: The center one (mouse cursor) now spins when firing primary weapon, the larger one spins when an enemy is targeted, and both turn red when the enemy is underneath the crosshair.
    Weapon effects: New for LV and Twintail.
    Logos: Marines and new EGA style added.
    Logo menu.
    NORMAL MAPS ON THE MODELS. It literally makes the "game" so much more enjoyable to play, even when there really isn't much to do yet.
    More stuff to come: (Better AI [hopefully], Possibly a logo coloring gadget, dodging, more hud data (ammo counters and fire recharge timers, and possibly a new menu design[grid-like appearance, each item represented by an image. click on one, it pops up a ui scene that displays info much like it does now)

    Oh man, I remember seeing your work on this sometime last year or the year before that. Good to see you're still slogging away at it (and making some pretty decent progress too). Gotta say, the gear models look pretty sick with good lighting effects.
