Hi, this error comes up often enough that it needs its own thread.

If you get an error that reads "Error=2", you're most likely using AVG antivirus, or something similar to it. Here is what you need to do to fix this:

1. Open the anti-virus.
2. Go to options
3. Click on quarantine
4. MAT.exe should be on a list there
5. Right click on MAT.exe and choose restore
