Do you means duration?
All display weapons have duration either it is timed or permanent.
Most of them are conversion/spender events rewards.
Conversion rewards are usually 150 days while spender rewards are 30 days - 60 days.

i wanted to spend money and buy stuff from mall i can understand VIP status for duration but why would i spend so much money on renting weapon...its plain dumb..

Then if your mind is set so, you don't have to spend the money.
IF the weapons are permanent and not time-based, then people won't spend more money anymore to get another weapons. Well that's not how business company works.

First of all, they are REWARDS.
The purpose to spend money is to get the gold to buy another items. Display items are just rewards.

There are 3 currencies in the game; Gold, Silver, and MPoints.

Most of the weapons in Gold shop can also be bought with MPoints. You can get MPoints for free from events, most of them take place every Friday, they're hosted by players like Deceit, Jade, Jane, the QuizMaster, and sometimes the GM Tranzor.

The only difference between gold and MPoints is that you wont get any of the 'spender' reward items if you buy using MPoints.
Also, there are plenty of permanent weapons that you can buy with silver.
