    Default Maintenance Update 2014-05-29: NCP System Changes Have Arrived!

    Hi everyone,

    Scheduled maintenance for this week is complete. This week brings the long-awaited patch with tweaks to the NCP nation buffs. These tweaks were developed with feedback from our version of the game as well as other regions. That and more patch notes below:

    NCP System Changes:
    - Defense and Evasion buffs have been nerfed to 10% maximum.
    - NCP buffs now scale based on a calculation of a user's combat power. This takes into account level, equipment, stats and more to determine the player's strength.
    - Strategic Points now scale up to level 20 (up from maximum of 10).
    - If SP is level 11 or above and destroyed by stronger nation, the stronger nation gets a temporary Triumphant Shout buff, which gives the same bonuses to their nation as what the weaker/losing nation has. This only occurs if the loser NCP buff is being granted.
    - After receiving Triumphant Shout, if the winning team is unable to destroy the losing nation's next SP, they will lose the Triumphant Shout buff and the losing team's SP will be reset to level 5.

    Additional Patch Notes:

    - Cash shop now displays full transaction (trade, sell and warehouse) information for all items sold
    - Re-added Scout Guards to the Arena on popular request
    - Fixed an SP related crash error
    - Minor interface bug fixes

    Don't think so, everyone is getting the same buff % right now. And why is it 30% atm if the ncp difference is like 2k?

    nice to hear that a nice concept (looser buffs) was not only executed poorly, but now is getting complicated over the roof by adding some player-end calculations.
    I think i can guess how are they going to work: you loose something, you get the 3k difference and the moment you should receive the buffs the game runs a calculation to determine what % you'll get. After that there are no more calculations involved. Also what stats are taken into account? attack and def/eva, maybe equipment's prob/pierce.

    Also @suba how about poking the devs for real fixes? There are bugs in-game that are as old as the game, not to mention the game still doesn't use any GPU.

    LOL yesterday NGC MS bugged it multiply itself every min continously and ppl stacking wps cus of it now alot of players got survival fixes the game is getting fun.
    I dont know where are we in this game feel like the game suba just trash it for some reason and doesnt care anymore.

    We had 0% buffs before maint though, and maint never reset the buffs before.

    Hey remember when we asked you guys to tell us what masang was planning in advance? Yeah, we saw this comming.

    Why don't we get WP from the SP we just had?

    O.o

    NVM, apperantly the system message doesn't say you gained WP.
