I usually try to not be to harsh on gms about if they are doing a good or bad job, and sometimes you do just fine, but it's becoming worse and worse.

    Bad job done by gms+terrible developers = garbage. I like events, I hope you don't see this as I don't want you to do events. You want feedback there's mine:/. The event was a cool idea, but needs some obvious adjustments.

    Great thing about this event is it shows just how balanced the servers are, hurp durp.

    This could be done on several event maps, like that BMC one, objective: escort gm from one pad to another..

    We want to do these events more often as it's an easier way for us to gauge the actual server conditions, but we need to go to the drawing board on a few issues that we noticed immediately.

    1: PC limitation.
    2: What maps
    3: More spread out fighting.


    All variables have been taken into consideration. All actions that can happen, could happen, might happen, and are unlikely to happen have been accounted for.

    lol pc limitation what a joke. Shame this will never be fixed. Spreading it out between different maps somehow would help it out probably. The losing nation needs to be on attack somehow and have multiple options to get to the place or map they need to go or something. So that, we don't get stuck in a gatecamp choke point.

    If the idea of the vent was to see balance, well my hats off to you LOL.

    LNS's are something that we've done before, although we need 2 GM's a server with that. Also I really do want to try mixing up the events that appear.

    But yeah, the concept of the GM increasing their firepower and stuff to balance a fight out is sound, but it doesn't help when the GM framerate slows to 5 fps and cannot even put in the commands to scale the power up.

    The servers didn't really have a problem. In this case it's mostly pc graphical lag.

    And yes, I need a new PC over here in the office. i'm actually running on the worst one here =/. Everyone got theirs updated.


    All variables have been taken into consideration. All actions that can happen, could happen, might happen, and are unlikely to happen have been accounted for.

    I even told Peter to just go all out but his PC just died lol

    The worst pc on your probably worst performance game? Makes sense to me. Even so, anyone would lag somewhat in this event. This games strong point isn't really performance... or anything for that matter.
