Quetions about knight

I have few quetions to ask about knight:
1. I read something about that Saint Blade will be 2 hits and add the AR of GC will be added to it,anybody knows if this is true?
2. I see that HV adds attacking rate , is it a translate issue and that suppose to be damage vs everything?
3. I also read something about new HP formula of knight, Is it true?

1. As far as I know, Saint Blade is still bug and GC is not adding any damage to it;
2. Yes, HV is now for undead and other monsters;
3. I don't know HP formula, but after rebalance patch, many chars had their HP fixed.

1. Saint Blade isn't worth leveling at the moment, because it only does 1 hit instead of 2 hits (bugged). Shaman's speed buff doesn't work on Saint Blade. Apparently, other skill buffs don't work with Saint Blade or at least that's what I heard. Saint Blade is supposed to use Attack Rating boost of Grand Cross, but I don't know whether this is also bugged or not.

2. If you max Holy Valor, you get 39% Attack Power boost against all mobs, and additional 39% Attack Power boost against undeads.

3. I can't remember the HP formula for knight. I remember it had something to do with HP Potions.

HV adds 39% attack rating or attack power? The skills description says it add attack rate. I am confused.
