I don't think it can, the purpose of a Chromebook is a simple but specific use, stuff like Microsoft office, internet browsing and emails. In terms of Compatibility and System Requirements, well I am sorry to report that ChromeBook aren't able to run it. After all, it's pretty much just a tablet slapped with a keyboard on it.
However, the system requirements isn't exactly demanding, so you can always find a cheap laptop. But that's all I can suggest, sorry.
