Just tried to. You literally aren't allowed to make tickets about technical issues with the game, and making a generic ticket requires ALL account info to be submitted. Including **** like security questions. **** no. That's ****ing stupid.

You don't actually have to fill out the security questions unless you want to have an f10 password reset or your email changed, ect. You can just make a generic ticket, stuff any old assortment of letters into all the boxes and then just skip to writing out your actual ticket. It's actually very simple and doesn't take long at all. The GM usually answers tickets tuesday through thursday. I'm sorry you were struggling to make a ticket for over a month, hopefully this helps.
P.S. I understand you are frustrated but none of us in the forums are experts, and we are voluntarily trying to help you. There's no need to be so snappy
